Several competitions of the 5th Annual Plein Air Camp Hill Arts Festival are underway in 15 central Pennsylvania school districts. Students in grades 9 to 12 in public or private schools in the Capital Area Intermediate Unit and those home schooled are eligible to participate.
The Landscape Student Art Competition aims to inspire students about the Plein Air Art Movement, and is landscape-based or of the "outdoors."
